Set Up
Area 40 x 40 yards. Use 4 cones to create a diamond inside each area. Cones placed inside the area as markers for player movement.
Rules and Conditions
Work through passing pattern. Players that plays lofted pass at the end of the sequence to then sprint across to join back of opposite line.

Set Up
Main Goal. No keeper so small target to aim for e.g. mini-goal or ball on cone.
Rules and Conditions
Coach and defender play passes back and forth, as soon as coach plays a pass to an attacker the game is live attackers to try and score. Only mini target will count.
Progression
Increase area and numbers until playing 4v3

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
