Session Objective:
We are looking at setting up the shots and taking our chances. Players should read the play and try to be in the correct position to help set a shot or take a shot.

Set Up:
2 Lines of 5 cones, with players lined up behind the first cone
Instructions:
Follow the FIFA 11+ warmup, using dynamic movements. Players should call out loud the action as they start their run
Finish with hopping on left and right feet as ACL injury prevention
Variation/Progression:
The Coach may hold up different cones or give signals that the players should be aware of and call out loud the correct answers to show they are aware of their surroundings

Set Up: 2 cones (or poles) with 2 players standing in the middle
Instructions: Players play paper-scissors-rock and the winner tries to touch one of the 2 cones before the looser can tag them on their back
Key Coaching Points: Watch your opponent, use feints and moves to try and get your opponent wrong footed.
Player Coaching Points: Fake your run, use sharp movements. Keep your head up and watch your opponents. Stay low and and in an athletic position

Two goals either end to set up 2 shoot circuits on each;
1) cut back
2) give and go
3) cross
4) through ball

When attaching the open goal quick finishing helps us get the shot away before the back get in the way, we are good at getting the ball in position to shot now we need finish/shoot strongly win minimal number off touches (Or See goal shoot).
Explanation:
today we are working on "see goal shoot" The first touch sets your shoot, then shoot using sweet spot off you boot, plant foot point to goal, standing over the ball and following right through with kicking leg
1) one player run to the goal line then cuts back to play in the box that shots
2) wide players pass into the box that bumps back to player out side the box that shoots
3) wide player runs to goal line pass across the top of the 6 yard box, 2 players run in to score one in the middle other on the back post.
4) player one pass in front of the striker that shoots
Variations:
Change the side/angle of pass in and where the player is shooting from

Explanation:
2 teams play in area outside 18yd box.
3 passes unlock both small goals,
Score in either small goal to unlock big goals and 18yd box area.

Set Up:
Small mini goals back to back in the middle of a small area, marked with cones.
Two teams start at the ends of the area.
Instructions:
2 Players must try and score in the far goal from where they start, and 1player defends the near goal.
The game continues until a goal has been scored, or the ball is outside the marked area.
The team that scores start the new game by bringing a new ball
