Organization:

1. 1/2 Field

2. Two groups of equal numbers

3. Flag positioned to highlight runs from attacking player

Instructions:

1. Player A runs out to first marker

2. Player B passes into Player A who sets the ball back before spinning off to second marker

3. Player B passes the ball down the line for Player C to cross

4. Player C crosses the ball deep for Player A to finish

5. Player A re-starts behind the goal they finish into

6. Both sides work at the same time

Coaching Points:

1. Weight and accuracy of pass from player B so that Player C has time to pick up their head and pick out the run.

2. Quality of the cross - Curved away from the GK into the striker run

3. Finish should be back in the diirection of the cross
