Objective: To warm up using passing one touch and movement after a pass is made.
Instructions: Player A passes through gate to Player B. Player B passes to Player C. Player C passes through gate to Player D. Rotate counter clockwise. Change directions.
Time: 4 minutes work, 1 minute rest. 20 Minutes total time.
Emphasis: Firm and accurage passes through gate. Timing of vertical runs.

Objective: Find the vertical run with a penetrating pass. Attack at speed.
Instructions: Player A dribbles at speed with the ball, while Player B makes a vertical run through any gate. Player A must pass to Player B through one of the gates. Player B shoots on goal.
Time: 3 minutes work, 1 minute rest. Total time 15-18 minutes.
Emphasis: Quality 1 touch passes, quick movement into and out of the circle. Body position. Variations - smaller circle, larger circle. Collect and turn.

Objective: Pattern passing to improve one touch.
Instructions: Player A passes to Player B. Player B lays off to Player A. Player A drives ball into Player C. Player C lays off to Player B. Player B drives ball into Player D. Player D lays off to Player C. Player C drives ball into Player E. Player E takes a touch through the gate and shoots on goal.
Time: 3 minutes work, 1 minute rest. Total time 15-18 minutes.
Emphasis: Quality 1 touch passes, body position, driven passes with accuracy, quality shots on goal.

Objective: To warm up using passing one touch and movement after a pass is made.
Instructions: Circle of players. Player on outside passes the ball into the player in the middle and runs inside the circle. Player in the middle passes one touch to the next player on the outside of the circle and then replaces the outside player.
Time: 2 minutes work, 1 minute stretch.
Emphasis: Quality 1 touch passes, quick movement into and out of the circle. Body position. Variations - smaller circle, larger circle. Collect and turn.
