Instructions:
2 teams who can score a point by finding the GK in the triangle and then their team reaching the ball back from them.
Progression: team can also score a point by looking to make 10 consectutive passes
Coaching Points:
1. Look to penetrate 1st
2. If can't penetrate, can we possess
3. Movement of players to create passing lanes forward
4. Timing of movement to give support

Limitation on the number of touches you can take on the ball
Score by hitting GK's hands

Instructions:
- The attacking team of six players attempt to score
- The defensive team attempts to win the ball and play to counters goals - pass or dribble through
- One holding midfield works with the defensive group on transition
Coaching Points:
- Stay connected and compact - distance between players
- Shape when CB steps to press - full back drop back and in
- Force play wide and reduce attacking team to shots from distance
- Step forward to close space - GK moves up for balls through
- Open up in transition

Instructions:
- One player allowed in opposition half at a time to close down when defending and act as target man when in possession.
- Second player may join if direct ball played into their team's target man.
Coaching Points:
- Striking technique.
- Shoot when opportunity arises.
- Type of shot - Decision making.
- Find target player early.
- Movement off the ball.
- Speed of play.
Progression:
- Limit touches.
Regression:
- Remove halfway line restriction.

Organization:
30x40 yard grid, each Player with a ball.
Instructions:
Players work in pairs. Set number of touches allowed. Player to misplay the ball, a point is given to the other player. Play for a fixed time, winners move up to play a new player.
Coaching Points:
- Players try to improve their touches (suppleness, control and foot-eye coordination) by juggling with different surfaces of their feet & body.
