Organization
In a 30x20 grid, scatter some gates around into 2 differnet colours (red for fire, blue for water). Add 4 nets on each end with a red or blue cone in the middle.
Instructions
Players are passing with their partners trough the gates. If they are on the fire team, players are passing through the red gates - and same thing with the water team (blue gates). When 'coach' yells "SCORE" - players must find the nets wtih their team colour and score on them.

Organization
Set-up 1 cone with a soccer ball on top, can create a triangle cones with soccer balls on top
Instructions
Players are attempting to knock over (bowling related) the soccer balls off the cones! Challenge the players by adding multiple cones or varying the distance. When you get a certain number of points you can challenge a teammate!

Organization
set-up 3 obstacle courses, with 3 pug nets at the end of each course
Instructions
a - player dribbles a soccer ball around each cone and then hops/flicks soccer ball over line of cones before shooting in net.
b - player without ball goes through fast feet exercise through ladder, and then hops over hurdles before picking up soccer ball to score on net.
c - player grabs soccer ball and dribbles inside path made up by cones and then scores when arriving at the end on net.

Organization
Set-up a 20x20 yd area. 2 5yd endzones created on either sides. The "pirate beaches" and a 10yd central area.
Implementation
"Shark infested water", 1 or 2 players start in the middle without a ball (the sharks). All other players have a ball each and start in 1 end zone (the pirate beach). On the captains command (coach), the players look to dribble their ball through the shark infested water to the safety of the other Beach. If the shark steals the ball from a pirate, the pirate then becomes a shark.

Organization:
4 pugg nets per field (20x20 field size)
1 ball per team (maybe more than 1 depending on level of play).
Coach has 2-3 balls in hands to restart the play imediately if it goes out of boundaries.

Organization
Players are shown the boundaries of the field shown by cones. Both coach and player have a soccer ball.
Instructions
Blob Tag to warm-up OR flamingo Tag (get tagged - stand on 1 leg). Both tags' have no soccer balls, until we play DUCK-WARS. Players must squat low to the ground with a widened stance. Both coach/volunteer and player have a soccer ball and are trying to meg each other. Players can even give themselves chicken wings with their arms!
Modification
Can play against everyone - must stay in that squatted position trying to meg (play ball through other players' legs).
Coaching Points:
Part of foot to strike the ball (close-inside of foot, far-laces)
Look up at target, then look at ball and follow-through!
