Organization:

Instructions:
As per diagram have 5 players positioned by a cone (leave one cone empty). The 5 players pass and move to the open cone position after releasing the ball. Sprint to the open cone. Work for 90 seconds - rest for 60 seconds.
Progression(s):
-1 touch passing
-1 to 2 pass before releasing & moving to open cone
-modify playing area (smaller)
Coaching Points:
-communication between players; 1st touch towards next pass/direction; scanning area for open space (free cone); weight & timing of pass; rhythm and tempo

-1 large goal but aiming at target poles

-soccer balls placed 24yds from starting position
Instructions:
On coaches command Go first 2 players race to the outer cone, turn and dribble ball past the scoring line and attempt to score on target goal.
Player that scores 1st from each round gets a point for their team. Winner at the end doles out punishment.
Progression:
Change to players dribbling out with a ball, turn around cone and shoot.

Organization:
-15 to 16 players
-3 zone game in a 30x30 yards (with a 7 x 30 yard central zone). There is a 3v3 situation inside the 2 end-zones, 1 or 2 neutral player inside the central zone and 2 neutral players outside of the playing area (at the ends).
Instructions:
Players inside the area have two touches. Neutrals on outside have 1 touch.
Scoring: Team has to pass from one outside neutral to other outside neutral using the central one along the way.
Progression:
Team in possession have 10 seconds to pass the ball to the neutral inside or coach plays ball to other team.
Coaching Points:
How can we break the lines better? Is central neutral looking to position themselves between two players for split pass?
