Essence: Ball carrying game

Structure:

The trainer calls out a colour and all the kids have dribble around that colour and then come back. Trainer calls out a next colour, the kids have to dribble first towards the first colour, and then to the second an come back. Shout a new colour, go to the first colour, second colour, third colour and come back.

For example:

1. Red > Go to red

2. Blue > Go to red, then to blue, then come back

3. Other side > Go to red, then to blue, then to the other side.

Pointers:

There are multiples reds, blues, pick the fastest route.

Technical:

Hands wide from each other.

Keep the ball at your stick.

Ellbows away from your body.

Variations:

Mix up the cones halfway, so they need to remember the order, but the colours are at another spot, now they have to look.

Instead of shouting, show a colour of a cone, to make it visual instead of listening.

Be creative as a trainer where they have to go to. (Add a square, add tires, etc.)
