6V6 THREE ZONE GAME

SMALL SIDED GAME (6V6 THREE ZONE)

Three zones.  At one end three target goals. At the other end is a large goal with Goalkeeper. 

Players in attacking/defensive zones must stay in their zones. Players in middle zone (midfielders) are free to support forward players following a forward pass. At first, one player can join. 

Play for time then attack the opposite direction

Progression:  

Both midfield players can join to support forward players following a forward pass. 

Defensive zone players  can skip the midfield zone with a pass and play directly into the attacking zone. One player form midfield can join making it a 3v2 to goal
