Rules:
To score a goal, dribble the ball into one of the 3 squares your team is attacking and put foot on the ball.
Leave ball for opposite team to re-start play and try and score in one of the opposite 3 goals
.
Progressions:
-Got to beat a player before you can pass
-Got to try a trick/piece of skill before you can pass
-Got to have 3/4 touches before you can pass
.
-Last 2 minutes, teams can score in any goal (they still leave the ball for the opposite team once they have scored)
.
**Area is bigger because the boxes(goals) will make the area smaller and want to encourage dribbling with slightly more space
