After a series of challenges (jumps, turns, head, shoulders, knees and toes) players must run to the coach's left or right - who can be quickest to react and be the first there!
This then progresses to a chasing game between the oranges and the yellows using bibs as tails and the coach saying a colour of the bib that needs to get pinched.
