Organisation - 6-8 boys working around the diamond setup of the cones. Player 1 players the ball into player 2 who receives on his back foot ( to open up and see bigger picture ) to then play into player 3 who repeats. Players to follow pass. Players are to play around the cone ( defender ) need to get into the habit of pulling away to receive.
Talk to the boys about body positioning and show them how much more of the pitch you can see just by turning the body to receive.

Diamond, Dribble, Five (15 mins)
Organisation - Group split into 3 groups of 5 if not enough just have less dribblers.
Yellows - Pass around the diamond - Triggers of movement away from the cone ( Defender )
Pass with pace and accuracy, Good body position to receive, 1st touch towards next pass.
Blues - Passing through the dribblers, breaking the lines with our passes, Middle man to always receive to play forward and can move anywhere to get on the ball, Passes may need to be quicker at times to get through tight gaps. P = Allow rotation of players positions.
Whites - Dribblers to dribble from one blue end to the other, Its NOT a race, get lots of touches of the ball and do not travel in straight lines, use as many parts of the foot as possible. Head up as much as possible.
