Crossing Carousel (15 mins)
In Groups of 2 The players at Station 1 Pass to the right winger, the players then attack the box (Station 2) then vs Two defenders in green
Once this attack ends the left winger dribbles and crosses towards the greens who now become attackers at station 3
Each set of two players complete the carousel as attackers and also defenders .
Progression ; Change wingers , add a defender to create a 1v1 before the cross
Crossing ,finishing and defending crosses all worked on .
