Organization:
Use 2 12x20 yds small sided fields marked with red cones. Mini goals positioned. Yellow cones mark player starting positions
Same passing pattern with A, B, C dribble/shooting finish. Counter clockwise rotation, then swap goals to opposite side for clockwise rotation. Players move to next yellow cone is sequence after they complete their action(s). Emphasis on players moving off yellow cone to receive pass.
2 min blocks, 30 secs rest between. Total 15 mins.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progression: Player 2 to provide opposing pressure for shooter.
Increase distances between yellow cones as needed.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenge: Timed. how many rotations can they complete
Condition: 2 touch, then try 1 touch passing (option: specific foot).
Coach passing, receiving technique and movement off the cone. Add checking shoulder/scanning.
Encourage control with increased tempo.

Organization:
A: 26x25 yds space with players positioned as above.
4 red vs 2 blue (#1&2) attacking the 2 mini goals.
If red score (1pt) if blue win ball they pass to Coach (1pt).
Coach then passes to blue #3 or 4 to create a 4v4 onto mini goals.
B: 2 12x12 squares with mini goals positioned. 4v4 Rondo game. Possession team must complete X passes before they can progress the ball to opposite square to try to score. Only 2 red can press. If they win the ball they play back to their teammates and try to do the same, only 2 blue pressing.
3 min blocks, swap red and blue roles between blocks. Every 2 blocks swap teams on A and B. 8 blocks total

Keep scores for competition between red and blue
Conditions; X passes before you can score. X touches.

2 12x20yds fields (6 yds separation between the 2 fields). Mini goals positioned at each end.
As players arrive, organize into SSGs across the 2 fields using a neutral as needed. 1v1 > 3v3 (+1) or 4v4
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progressions: limit to X touches and emphasize practice focus.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Encourage them to keep the ball in play. Kick ins if out of bounds to the sides. Ball to possession team from their goal instead of corners.
Coaching: Meet, greet and organize players individually. Observe, provide positive feedback recognizing good behaviors/player actions, providing specific coaching points but generally allowing them to play.
