Phase 1. Red line
Play and run to your left. Balls must cross the box. Play for 2 mins. 1 point for each mistake made - 2 points if ball hits other ball. Only 10 points allowed to be scored in game
Phase 2. Ball gets played left - back, long. Switch players on the side and repeat going to the right.
Phase 3. Ball goes left, then right, then long.
