The aim of the 3 blue players in the left had square is to keep possession of the ball with an ultimate goal of transfering the ball to the other set of blues without it being intercepted.
One red defender can enter the square, the other 2 must stay in the middle zone and attempt to block passes between the 2 sets of blue players.
If the blue team make 5 successful passes they score a point.
They also score a point for a successful pass to a team mate in the other square.
