Throw in 's and trapping balls with foot/thigh/chest
Organization - pairs throw the ball legally back and forth using line as the sideline
1) throw directly to feet in air
2) bounce to feet - easy to trap
3) player A plays to B who is moving towards them and plays ball first time back to thrower
Coaching points - both hands behind head, get a running start and either drag one foot or place both feet before the line, use trunk - stomach muscles to lean back and then forward to get power. Throw the ball so that it either lands at feet to trap or bounces and lands to feet. Can also throw higher to work on trapping out of the air - thigh, chest.

Goalkick - make it big - starting positon - 2 defenders on either side of the penalty box and one on top. 2 players wide and up the field. Center mid off to side of central defender on box. Center forward off to the side of the center mid = field coverage
Options -
1) GK plays to defender who passes it up the side or switches to the central defender or back to GK and switch play to other side of field
2) GK plays to central defender who drops it back softly for GK to kick first time to player long on side (wings) or center forward
3) GK skips the defensive line and plays directly to wing, center forward or center midfield who can advance or drop it back to a defender to go forward
Coaching points - GK should place the ball in the center of the goal box to be able to go each direction, all field players must get far away as a starting postion and move towards the ball at the time of the kick, players receiving the ball can either turn and go forward to trap the ball and pass back wards to a payer with vision of the field who can then play forward
