Passing/Receiving
20 Minutes
Pattern 1:
2 Balls starting with A and D, B and E check in to receive balls, turn and play out to opposite side, C and F respectively. C dribbles at speed to line D. F dribbles at speed to line A. B and E switch spots. Pattern continues.
Pattern 2.
Progression. C and E pass ball to D and A

Pattern 3
C checks in to receive ball from A. A passes to C, who turns, lays off to D. B makes diagonal run to receive ball from D. D passes to B, who dribbles to next side at speed.

Player rotation: A to B, B to C, C to D, D to A

Now Player B gets to goal line and crosses ball to either A or C who have made runs into the box.
