Progressions:

Organization:
- Two lines for the players
- Cones set three yards a part in a straight line, the furthest line is 15-20 yards away from the starting line
- Coach line in the middle for demonstrations
Instructions:
- Players will dribble their ball through the cone sequence, and ultimately finish with a shot on a little goal
- When players reach the last of the three yard cones, the next person may go too
Coaching Points:
- Listening to instructions
- Proper dribbling technique: when to be a Messi v Ronaldo (Girls may get small v. big touches easier)
- Score goals!
Progressions:
- Weave through the cones, finish on goal
- Up two cones, back one. (Try to emphasize the use of a Pull Back to apply the new skill learned), Finish on goal.
- Alternating sides, zig zag fashion using the middle line to do perform the sequence (Example given in the image).

Setup:
Inside of your grid, players will dribble ther ball around trying to avoid taggers (1-2 players without a ball). Players who get 'tagged' are 'FROZEN' and are required to hold the ball above their head and spread their legs wide apart. A teammate can 'UNFREEZE' frozen player by passing a ball through their legs.
Play about four to five 1 minute games changing taggers each game. If the tagger(s) freeze all of the players - they win.
Coaching Points:
Encourage players to use the inside of their foot to gain accuracy
Heel down - Toe up, knee bent.
Plant foot should be placed next to the ball and pointing towards their target.
