Instructions:
-Defenders start with ball - they pass across for the attacker to receive and play 1v1.
- Both players looks to score on either two goal.
- Must cross end zone in order to score, if they change direction, they will have to cross end zone as well.
- If defender wins ball, they have to attack opposite goal or get into the middle zone in order to turn and reattack the goal they won ball from.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- "Where is the open space?
- "What- Decision whether to keep going forward or turn based on pressure and space"
- "What technical skill can you use to unbalance opponent?"
- "How can you use your body to protect the ball?"
Regressions/Progressions:

Coaching Points/Questions:
- Proactive - Dribble to commit defenders to sice of the field in order to change direction
- Reactive - Based on speed of defender, look to use stop/start to shake off and look to turn away from them.

R- Reduce size of zone (Encourage more changing of direction)
P - 3v3s

Defender with ball - look to block gates ( can only block for 6 seconds)
