Station 1- Receive back to goal, Roll over left shoulder and flick to shoot (Floor to score)

Station 2- Back space/ foot shot, First touch must take ball back towards top D, use feet to get round to hit

Station 3- One touch and reverse stick shot

Players get 5 balls at each station.
