Objective: Create Goal Scoring Opportunuties by penetrating the circle along the baseline from a outside of 23 meter line in wide spaces.

Passing to Baseline Finish & Shot on Goal (10 mins)
Add GK to each goal.
Groups of 6 pass ball simultaneously for certain # of passes, then pass ball (sweep) to other grid.
When ball is received in new grid, ball is played into space for player to dribble into circle along baseline. Simultaneously, one player from opposite grid runs into circle to back post or stroke mark to receive pass from baseline for a shot on goal.
Alternate which grid attacks each goal; should attack from the left and the right.

4v2 to Shot on Goal (15 mins)
4v2 in grid bisecting 23 meter line in wide space. Attacking team tries to dribble over line (green) to break out and go to goal. An additional attacker breaks out and makes a run to back post or stroke mark. Both defenders in grid must chase for 2v2 in circle. After play is over, all 4 players should switch to other grid.

Half Field 6v6 - Center No Go Zone (20 mins)
6v6 in half field- Forward, Left and Right Midfield, Center Midfield, Left and Right Back, GK
Mark off space in center of pitch for No Go Zone, the ball cannot go through zone. Players may run through zone.
