Based on 14 players - Counterpressing when we lose the ball.
6v4 in the middle, 4 players on the outside corners.
Red defenders look to win the ball, once they do, they play out to a player on the corner. Blue team then reacts to defend.
Key points:
- React quickly!
- first defender must shut down space quickly, push player to a direction of support.
- support from players providing cover and balance.
- keep lines tight and do not let them play through.
- pay attention to ball over the top.
Try and get ball back by 3 passes!

work on FB low and high concept.
bring defenders and have team react accordingly. If oppsoing teeam bring 3 or 4 and outnumber us , then FB low (tucked in as MF), 1 pivot holding mid and wide players go high.
- if oppsoition only bring 1 or 2 and we have enough numbers, the FB can go high, and 2 pivots holding mids.

Warm up transiton defending
2v2 transition
Once the 2v2 finishes, iether the ball goes in the net, or out of play, one of the attacking team has to touch the net before being able to defend the other team attacking.
attacking team to start immediatley when balls go out or a goal, do not wait for player to touch net.
- in transiton focus on the defender in the 2v1, delay as much as possible so teammat can come back.
- do not over commit to get cut out of play.
