Plyo Hurdles & Diving Activation
- Begin with resistance band activation set (roughly 4-5 minutes)
- GK starts on one foot (outside foot) and pushes over hurdle onto same outside foot, then back into middle, landing on two feet, and finally forward onto two feet.
- Server tosses ball around shoulder height to same side (announced service)
- Progressions
- Push onto two feet outside
- Service becomes unannounced to either side
