Station A: 2v2 Game - Win the game in the allocated time.
Station B: 1v1 Dribbling Relay (Beat the Mannequin) - must complete at least 5x 1v1 runs per player in the allocated time.
Station C: 10m Shuttle Runs - group needs to do:
- 6x Shuttles (Up and Back is 1)
- 45 Sec Rest
- 6x Shuttles (Up and Back is 1)
Station D: Paired Volleys/Headers/Passes
