Warm Up/ Rondo (5 mins)

Passing Circle

- Players stand in a circle passing the ball to each other. Encourage participants to use only two touches.

- Progress on to following your pass and changing place with your team mate.

- This can be made harder by adding a defender in the middle to try and intercept the ball. (Rondo)

- Make smaller groups so that there are more touches with the ball. Eg. 5 players per circle instead of 10.

5 Passes 1 Goal

- Split the group into two teams. (4v4 +2 creating a 6v4 in possession)

- The team with the ball has to pass between themselves without losing possession. If the attacking team completes 5 passes in a row, it counts as 1 goal.

- The activity can be adapted and progressed by changing the size of the grid, limit the number of touches, or remove floating players to create even teams.
