These different exercises are designed to work on passing and receiving. While keeping the objectives of some of our principles in mind- awarenes and recognition of pressure and space. In doing so,executing with the different actions within the game: Movement, Positioning, Body Orientation, Decision, Technique and the timing and speed of them.

Dashed arrow=pass (in exercise description will denote distance or number of touches before pass)
Red arrow= supporting player's movement (*note supporting player is also actively working in the exercise)
Yellow line= movement in support
White line= specific touch in behind
Swiggly Red Trail= movement to start next sequence
PP= Primary Player
SP= Supporting Player
Exercise
PP starts inside of Trinagle formed by the three larger cones. 1- SP plays a ball into PP, and PP takes a touch out of thr triangle (out of pressure). 3- PP plays a pass through the larger cone and smaller cone as if playing a pass to breeak "a line of pressure." SP moves as the pass is being playeed to receive. PP moves on outisde of smaller cone to combine with SP 4 &5 (one touch- can be two depending on age or level).6- PP moves in front and around the top cone of the, to enter again, and repeat going to the other side.
Time
2 min, rest for 1 min X 2 for each variation or differentiation of touch/pass (3) = 18 min (20 min blocked off)
Variation (Differentiation)
- Open, insdide of foot
- Closed, outside of foot
- Diagonally open, across body

Exercise
PP starts on the outside of the first hurrdle. 1- SP plays a pass onto the "free foot" (foot farthest away from pressure- the hurrdle). PP plays it back with a one-touch pass into SP. 3-PP moves in behind the hurdle, and in through the space. 4 a one touch exchange between PP and SP, and PP moves backwards (back pedals). 5- While PP is moving back, SP plays a pass through the space. 6- PP the takes a touch in behind the hurdle, and plays a pass into SP, to start the next sequence. When PP gets to the outside of the last hurdle, exercise repeats, and goes the other way, going the opposite direction.

Exercise
1- Primary player Starts on the farthest big cone, from the supporting player. PP plays a long pass to SP to their "free" foot, or foot farthest away from pressure(the big cone), and PP follows the pass. 2- SP then plays a pass back into the supporting run of PP, as they are getting to the smaller cone in the middle of the two big cones, and PP plays back a one touch pass- 3. As that one touch pass is being played, SP drops off about 3 yards, and they start a one-touch sequence, up to 10, always playing witth their foot farthest away from pressure. At 10, the ball comes back to SP, and PP, moves backwards (back pedals) towards the original starting point. As PP is moving, SP times a long pass, as PP is nearing the original cone. 5- as the weighted and timed long pass from SP is arriving, PP touches in behind the big cone, plays in front, and repeats sequence on the other side.
