Progression 1:

- Communication and awareness are now crucial to avoid mistakes.

Progression 2:
- Playing either a 1-2 (example on left side) or through pass (example on right side) to wide player.
- Communication and awareness are now pivotal to succeed.
- 2.5 minutes again to rest.

Intro to the hexagon:
- Passing in the same direction, start with 2 balls at opposite ends. Active players on the outside, non active: inside. Follow your pass
- Details: Play/ first touch with your back foot and get rid of any bobbles.
- Get a third ball in as soon as players are comfortable.
- Change direction every 30 seconds.
- Rest after 2.5 minutes for 30 seconds and progress into next step.
