2. How do we position ourselves as the other team is attacking our danger zone?

11 = shift to apply pressure

6 = shift to provide cover

7 = shift to provide balance watching for the outside runner

3 = provides support to the 11 incase they get past

4 = shifts slightly to protect near side of the box

2 = shifts more central to cover a crossed ball and also watches for the back door runner

As the other team gets closer to the danger zone, near side defenders go into double coverage while the 3rd defender is watching for cross at the same time the midfielders have to add extra support.

3. Once our goalie gets the ball what do we do next?

 Option #1 = outside to the 2 or 3

Option #2 = out and up to the 7 or 11

Both options 1 & 2 gets the ball to the outside and all players must shift accordingly incase the other team wins it back and be ready to transition back to defending. 4 and 6 has to remain central to be able to shift to add pressure.
