Organization:
Two grids of 30Lx22W.
Lay down two different color cones, making gates. These gates are unpatterned.
Divide the group into four teams of even players. If there are uneven players, use neutrals in each game.
4 min games. Winners play vs winners.
Instructions:
Play the ball through the gates.
If a player passes the ball through the gate to a receiving team mate, this counts as one point.
For progression, coach calls out a color, and that is the color gate that they can score into.
Have balls outside of each grid. If the ball goes out, then the players can restart with the balls from the ouside.
Coaching Points:
Look around the field for opponents, space, color gates.
Only use the inside of the foot to pass the ball.
Receive the ball with furthest foot to face way out.
Progressions:
Expand the game to two teams using the whole 44Lx30W space.

Two sets of goals in the end lines. The cones making the goals are 6y apart. The goals are ~20y apart.
The way to score is passing the ball through the gate. The ball has to be on the ground for it to count.
Teams play formation: 3-3-2
Instructions:
Combine and pass to score in the coned goals.
Coaching Points:
Inside of the foot passing.
Create passing lanes.
Look around. Look before turning.
Progressions:
If the players are bunched together, have some players play neutral on the outside running the lines.

Warm up- playing through gates (20 mins)
Organization:
Divide the group in two even subgroups.
One of the groups will be saround a 44Lx30W grid.
The other gorup will work inside the grid. Every player inside will have a ball.
Two different color gates are laid down in an unpattern manner.
Instructions:
The group inside the grid start with the balls in the center of the grid.
They are to dribble to make a at least 8y pass to a player on the outside. This pass has to be through one of the gates, through any angle. The player on the ouside has to move to create the passing lane with the player inside.
After the outside player receives the ball, he is to pass it back to the inside player by putting it outside of the gate that was just played into. The inside player should move to create a passing lane ouside of the gate.
The player inside dribbles to find another player on the outside and execute the same combination.
After 4mins, players swap outside inside.
Coaching Points:
Inside of the foot passing.
Receive with furthest foot. Look before turning.
Create passing lanes between passer and receiver.
