Organisation
Set up, is a 20x30 pitch with goals (on the right) and a similar sized area set up with various stations (agility ladders, mannequins, cones, hurdles etc) on the left.
This section comprises an SSG followed by the Agility Circuit x3.
How to Play
Half the players play a 4v4 or 5v5 on the pitch
For 2 minutes the other players work in the second area with 1 team (blues shown) working inside and 1 team resting on the outside.
After another 2 minutes the agility teams swap over.
After another 2 minutes the groups swap.
Agility Circuit
The players on the inside of the circuit work for 2 minutes continuously and can move anywhere around the stations.
After completing 2 stations, pass the ball to a player on the outside then sprint around him to collect the same ball then move onto another 2 stations and repeat.
