Description
Rondo 3v1. Involving 9 players. 3 in each square with 2 in the centre rectangle. 1 opposition player to try and win the ball back. If opposition wins ball, his.her team moves into the square and the other team go into the centre rectangle.
Object of the warmup is to keep possession and pass it to the other team in the other square.
When the other team receive the ball, the closest player in the centre rectangle, moves in and tries to get the ball.
