In the playing area introduce passing gates of 2 yards wide.
Working in pairs or 3's players must pass and move around the area passing through the gates.
Introduce challenges like visit every gate or a team race or race against the clock.
Key Skills: Identical to warm up pass and move. More focus on weight of pass as passes can now be played into space for players to run onto. Along with this communication becomes more important.

Ideally in teams of 4 to encourage pass and move we will introduce passing through the full court.
Ball gets distributed from a GK. The red cones highlight set starting positions the players take up.
Once the initial distribution is made it is up to players to make movement (if any) to receive of support the ball. The green cones are also on court to help players make movements during in the attack. They can only receive the ball on cones. Encourage to shoot when in range. Objective is to pass and move the ball down court before scoring.
Key Skills: The same as previously stated. More focus on body shape for receiving the ball and well as types of movement and weight of pass.
Introduce challenges number of passes or speed of attack.
It is also important to introduce an anchor who does not travel ahead of the ball in case of a counter attack.
