Setup: Cone off large rectangle approximately 40x20 yards. Separate into three groups of 3 players, two teams inside the rectangle and one team split into targets on each end with a neutral player in the center that will play with whomever has possession.Have sufficient number of balls spread out around the pitch so that play can continue as quickly as possible.


Rules/Gameplay:

  • Possession switches when out of bounds.
  • A point is scored whenever a team in a single possession incorporates both targets at each end.
  • 5 minute rounds, switch teams after each round.
