This is a variety of Rondo's with cognitive interferences that will be used on the TLAP, these will have different technical, psychological, physical and social outputs within the participants. Further to these, I shall be using more of a guided discovery approach to my coaching style as I want to ensure the players are figuring out problems for themselves rather than me posing coaching points on them, this will then maximise ball rolling time with the players allowing them to make mistakes.
If any coaching points I shall be delivering them through Fly By's allowing players to carry on but have information given to them to help with any technical info they may need.

This time, the rondo will progress so that the players on the outside will not be able to play to the player next to them, (thus taking out an option to play to) this should begin to encourage players to play a more 'progressive pass' leading them to be more confident within games to play these 'progressive passes'.
Furthermore, players should be able to begin to develop a better awareness of recieving the ball correctly to be able to play out quickly.

Now that the players are beginning to find a 'rhythm' to their passing, they shall be asked to complete certain challenges to interfere with their psychological state. As the players have been used to receiving the ball under the pressure of the defending player, they shall now be asked to complete either a tuck jump, squat or a plank after they have passed the ball.
This shall continue with their theme of not passing the ball to the nearest player thus taking away further options and creating a 'cognitive intereference' through these fundamentals meaning players will have to think and be reactive during their play. (Developing their psychological corner).
Further to this I shall coach how options may not be available so the players will have to protect the ball or have a touch that allows time to play out.
I shall be adding an extra circle in play so that players will make a choice to drop back to the secondary line and move forward to the rondo line or to either do the tuck or plank
However, when players are dropping back or performing the tuck or squat the ball cannot be received to them. Thus eliminating that option again creating more cognitive interferences and working more within the physical corner with players being more physically active within the practice.
This should then see a slight decline within the technical output of the session due to these players becoming physically tired aswell as cognitively tired, so focus again should go onto the correct recieving method dependent upon situation (should they touch out into space either side/Close touch to protect).

We eliminate the circle and add an additional ball, this ball must be thrown to any player while the ball is being passed along the floor, again with that interference I expect the players focus to change from the ball along the floor to the one within the air. With time and reminders that emphasis would change naturally with this taking place.
The Fundamental movements will be taken out as I expect the ball being thrown to give them enough cognitive intereference, however if they begin to strive then I shall add the movements back in to challenge them further.
To make it further game realistic, a progression will be that one player from the circle will be able to come inside the circle to be able to play back out (this will rotate between the player spare each time)
By now players should be able to receive the ball in a variety of way's and also have a 'rhythm' to their play beginning to have confidence to play two touch or even one touch.

Basic Rondo (5 mins)
To begin with, we shall have a 5v1 split over 3 groups (Numbers to be managed depending on size of the group). Size of area shall be dependent upon the amount of players (E.G 5v1 will be played in a smaller area to give defending player a chance to win the ball back)
Basic Rondo to begin with, players will have to keep the ball away from the player within the middle of the circle. By starting basic with no rules or cognitive interferences this will allow players to get a feel of the session allowing them to build up a 'rhythm' with the ball.
As the session progress's I shall challenge players to try to play 2 touches.
Rotations take place when a player's pass is intercepted/tackled or through a bad touch
