Wave practice to goal.
A defending team of 4 plus GK defend the goal. Their aim is to win the ball and play into the waiitng team's feet. Attacking team try to score in the goal. Once the defending team pass into the waiting team, they take the place of the attacking team.

Team set up in 1-4-3 defending the goal. Attacking team try to score in the goal. Defending team pass into wide goals for a point.
