Initial Activity
Blue (the defender) meets the attacker. Attacker 1 passes through the gate, at which point Attacker 2 can enter play to assist Attacker 1, overlapping on either side of the gate.

Bielsa Overload Activity
The goalkeeper initiates play on either side, one ball in play at a time. If red fails to score or is under significant pressure, they can cycle the ball back to the goalkeeper to be played into the other side.

Once the red defender receives the ball, they decide whether to make a pass and move into space or dribble into the area.
