Progressions:
- Can only score from your defensive half
- You can only score by striking the ball in the air ( chip or lofted)
- Use 2 Pugg nets and 1 cone with a ball or 2 Cones
- You can only score in pugg net from your defensive third

Regressions:
- Use Pugg nets on each side. When the team scores, flip the goal. First to hit all targets wins.
-Use 2 Pugg nets and 1 cone with a ball
- Players can go into the central zone to score but defenders can defend

Main Activity (20 mins)
Organization:
- 30x20 field ( Can be split into two fields if 12-15 players)
- 3-4 cones with a ball on top used as goals
- 1 ball per team to start
Instructions:
-Each team defends/attacks the 'coconuts'
-Coach plays a ball into the team. The objective is to knock the opponent's ball off their cone.
-The first team to hit all targets wins.
Coaching Points/Questions:
-Non-kicking foot placed on the side of the ball pointing at the target
-Head up observe the target
: use inside surface of kicking foot, heel down, toe-up
-Strikethrough the middle of the ball
-Encourage quick first touch and remind them of the direction of the prep touch
