Here are some examples of 1v1/2v2 games. By having simultaneous 1v1's going on it keeps players involved and more engaged in the game. When one 1v1 ends the players immediately join the other group to make it 2v2.
Here's video examples of what these type of games look like:

Two simultaneous 1v1's. When one 1v1 ends you join the other to make it 2v2. This is a good game for 10 or more players.
White team lines up at the yellow cones / blue team lines up at the red cones. When the coach yells "GO" the players all race around the corresponding colored cone. The Attacker runs around the closer cone, while the Defender runs around the furthest cone. The Attacker receives the ball from their GK and then attempts to turn and score on the opponent's goal. This setup should create the situation where the attacker is receiving the ball with a defender tight to them. Once one 1v1 ends (ball goes out of bounds or goal is scored) then you join the other group to make a 2v2.
Compete as teams - White vs. Blue. You can play for time or first to 3 goals wins. Players should rotate every time between attack and defense. Rotate GK's every game.

When the coach yells "GO" the two defending players from each team dribble around the yellow cone in front of them. They then pass to their teammate before they go defend 1v1 against the opposing team. This set up creates a 1v1 situation where the attacker is facing goal from an angle. Once one 1v1 ends (ball goes out of bounds or goal is scored) then you join the other group to make a 2v2.

Two simultaneous 1v1's to 4 goals. When one 1v1 ends you join the other to make it 2v2. This is a good game for 8 or more players.
When the coach yells "GO" the white and blue players with the ball dribble around the cone and pass to their teammate and then immediately turn around to defend against their opponent. This should create the scenarios where the attacker is receiving the ball with a little bit of space and a defender quickly closing space. Once one 1v1 ends (ball goes out of bounds or goal is scored) then you join the other group to make a 2v2.

1v1 to 2v2 (back to pressure)
Two simultaneous 1v1's. When one 1v1 ends you join the other to make it 2v2. This is a good game for 10 or more players.
When the coach yells "GO" the players all race around the yellow cone in front of them. The line closest to the GK is the attacker and the line furthest away is the defender. The Attacker turns at the yellow cone to receive the pass from their own GK. The attacker then attempts to turn and score on the opponent's goal. The defender is coming from the opposite direction so the attacker should be receiving the pass with pressure at their back. Once one 1v1 ends (ball goes out of bounds or goal is scored) then you join the other group to make a 2v2.
