Cannot have more than one defender or attacker on each square but can move between squares
King of the court - out - defense - attacking - 1 minute or 1 goal

Description:
Warm-up - Dribbling with the ball
each player should have their own ball
after 2-3 minutes we move to a fix position on the lines to do repetitions on the following movements:
- Tik-Tak
- Sole and delay
- Cut
- Turn and Face
