This is a One-hour game-based session plan. The purpose of the session is to set up opportunities for players to run with the ball in a purposeful manner.
Players would have to decide when, where, how, and why to run with the ball. The session starts with an arrival activity, so the players can get going while waiting for other arrivals and for coaches to set up the session.
The session includes a physical literacy warm-up and two games based on the session theme.

Set Up:
Depending on numbers, you need at least 3 per line no more than 4 in a line.
Relays:
Players are challenged to get through the cones using quick touches and then as they move away push the ball further out of the feet. Pass to their teammate to get around the cone and teammates dribble the ball straight back.
Progressions:
Introduce different tasks to the players:
Right foot only
Left foot only
Up and over
Objective:
Introduce new skills and develop dribbling skills through a fun and competitive atmosphere

Progression:
Add extra points for goals scored under 10 seconds.
Add in two more players after there is no goal scored after 10 seconds
