Body Parts Football Island
Simple dribbling drill that can be advanced and manipulated for all ages and ability, great warm up or overall drill
On coaches command, the player must put that relevent part of their body on the ball - heda, knee, foot, ear, nose, bum etc etc More advanced - left and right can be used.
Use more than one body part in a row.
Players move around island, staying away form the edge of the sea and keep moving but avoiding bumping into others (head up and close control, lots of little touches for control, big touches for speed)
Incorporate zoo animals for th basic A, B, C 's (speed, direction)
P1 - one foot only, inside/outsdie (big toe, little toe)
P2 - both feet (inside, inside, big toe, big toe)
P3 - turns (inside, outside cuts, drag back, 360, etc etc)
P4 - turns and RWB into space, lock ankle and drive with laces
P5 - all surfaces, inside, outside inside outside of both feet
P6 - sole of boot only, all directions
