Defensive entry: Start by allowing one defending player to enter the central zone to press and win the ball, then progress to allowing two defenders to enter.
Free movement: Progress to allowing all players (except target and central zone players) to move freely across the area.
Touch limitation: Limit the touches of the target players to increase difficulty.
Physical load: Adjust the area sizes according to physical goals. Use larger areas for sprints and distances, and smaller areas to emphasize accelerations and decelerations.
