This session is designed to improve our ability to build up short from goalkeeper clearanes. In the last games the team was overly reliant on always clearing it long. We want them to improve in the short option with precision passing and movement.

Objective: improve our ability to build out of back.
Organization: full court, unopposed patterns.
Instructions: goalkeeper distributes ball to players build execute pattern as shown and score.
Key Coaching Points:
1. Quality of distribution from goalkeeper;
2. Quality of passes;
3. Movement without the ball.
4. Attacking balance in formation 1-2-2
5. Finish!

Objective: to improve our attacking corner kicks.
Option 1: P2 checks away to draw the defender then goes right back into the same space. P1 plays her the ball for the finish.
Option 2: P2 checks away to draw defender and P3 runs into that space. P1 plays her the ball.
Option 3: P2 plays it to P4 who finishes.

Objective: improve our ability to play possession.
Organization: 6 players in one 8x8 grid. Players organized positionally.
Instructions: Players play 4v2 keepaway.
