Blue starts by passing into two bue strikers. Reds have two defenders at top of box and one recovering defender. Players then play 3v3 with blues scoring on the bug goal and reds the small goal.
Coaching Points
Defenders cover man and space at first make the defending triangle of defender ball and attacker.
1st Defender stop striker from turning
2nd defender cover the 1st defedner
3rd defender recover to the bear post and give us balance across the defending line.
