Counter attack
Reds begin with the ball playig 3v2 vs the blues, once the games, the blues then play 4v3 towards the reds goal.
Build it up to adding in a striker and back 4 both ways.

If not able to penetrate in first phase of counter, be patient and retain the ball.

Begin with normal 3v1 in the boxes, 3minute rounds.

Progress by making one box 3v1 and one 3v0, if the reds keep the ball for 10 passes the middle player (green) has to sprint to the 3v0 box and aim to win the ball back. If the middle player wins the ball before the 10 passes he changes with the player who lost the ball.
