Objective:
To develop timing of runs and quality of crossing and finishing technique.
Organization:
2 players per channel
Both channels set up (right and left) Players set up position specific (4 areas)
Players return to same cone. Movement for next group begins when cross is player from other side.
Progression:
Add 1 defender (8 or 10 join attack)
Add 2 defenders (other winger can come inside)
Coaching points:
Time the runs (Stay onside) #9 gets across front post. 8 and 10 look to join the attack.

As close as possible to game model for age group- 11fv11.
*** Of course this, along with the size of the pitch may need to be adapted to the number of players present in training.
