Objective: Improve control from a pass.
Area: 10x10x10
Equipment: 12 markers, 3 cones, 1 ball for 3 players.
Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
Ball start with zone with 2 players.
Centre player start from deep.
Players in the centre have to cross over the other line and receive a pass upon verbal communicaiton. He control the ball and make a pass to the other side.
He run to the other side of his grid and repeat the same process.
Coaching Points:
AWARENESS
- Eye contact when asking for the ball.
- Eyes on the ball as it is being played.
WHERE TO CONTROL THE BALL
-To the direction of pass
-Away from the opponent
-Into the space
HOW TO CONTROL
- Open body
- Using inside foot (largest surface area)
- Cushion the ball

Number of Players : 7 Player ( 5 versus 2 )
Area/Field : 50m x 20m (3 Zones)
Equipment : Markers, Bibs & Balls
ORGANIZATION:
2 Attacker in (15m x 20m) + 1 Defender in (5m x 20m) in each end zone.
1 Receiving player in the middle zones (10m x 20m).
INSTRUCTIONS:
Sequence 1 :
1. Game start with a ball from Coach to the middle player.
2. Middle player will control & pass to the end player as a possession game.
3. Defender in each zones will try to block/disrupt the passing.
3a. Defender can defend in the attacker zone.
4. All player stay in their own zones.
5. Number of passes will be the scoring system.
6. End Zone player will rotate with Defender.
The emphasis of this games is on awareness with & without the ball, quality of first touch to control or moving away. Firm pass.

Area/Field : 40m x 20m (2x 5m end zones)
Equipment : Markers, Bibs & Balls
ORGANIZATION:
3 versus 3 in (30m x 20m) + 1 player each in the
(5m x 20) end zones.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Game start with a ball from the Coach.
2. Team will play a possession game with the intention of passing to their respective player in the end zones.
3. Player in the end zones upon receiving a pass from his teammate will have to control the ball within the 5m area, before passing it back out.
4. If the player fail to control within the area, the ball will go to the other team, who will try to do the same to his end zone player.
5. No player other can stay in end zones.
6. Number of passes will be the scoring system.
7. End Zone player will be rotated.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Team will try to create knock back effect in trying to score the goal. The player upfront to create depth giving the ball higher up field.

Players start from the inside of the grid, he have to exit the grid and get a ball from the players outside. He control the ball and pass it to the same player.
After passing, he run back into the grid and exit to find a new player to receive the ball from.
Rotate every 2 mins.
