Set Up: Area 15x 20 yrds with a 5 yrd scoring line. 2 target goals in either corner with a counter-attack scoring box facing goals. 2 teams play 1v1 attack vs defense. Attackers look to beat defenders & enter the scoring zone to score in target goals. If defenders win ball can they counter attack to middle scoring box for bonus points. Rotate roles after set time. 

Progressions: Position goals at either end to counter & score in. 

Key Points: 1st touch & movement with ball, awareness, Creativity & skills to beat defenders, change of pace into end zone, scoring.

3v3 end zone

Set Up: Area 20x30 yrds with a 5 yrd end zone at each end. Players in teams of 3/4. Possession game to score have to pass or dribble into the end zones. Players cannot be stood in end zone waiting for pass.

Progressions: 

Add in target goals to score into once in end zone.

Place balls on cones in end zones that players knock of to score.

Key Points: Movement as individual/team, awareness, combination play, timing of runs into end zone, 1v1 skills.
