Ladder Drills and agility exercises
Run through the ladders:
1 foot in each forward
2 feet in each forward
zig zag forward
side to side facing partner
Stand back to back with partner. Shout a side and you roll round the partner 180degrees and run opposite way
stand with partner
on go run out and touch cones in a zig zag (see above)

Foot tag
Scrup with opponent try and tap his foot with yours

Game 1
Players in the corner
~3 touch
1 player is a goal at each end. Team attacks their player plays a 2 on 1 then attacks the other end. 1 player must then get out at the attacking end and the previos player joins game.
Eggs in the basket with a deflector
player runs out, picks up a ball.
passes to the opposite line as a 1 2
player takes a shot low for post then remains as a deflector for the next shot.

defence passes a ball to the first 2 attackers
attack 2 on 2
as soon as it breaks down ball goes into 3rd attacker
same for a 4th attacker
could start 1:2
